With 25 years of experience spanning Operations, Finance, and Business Strategy, Raghavendra currently serves as the Business Head & P&L Owner at Aster Medical Imaging. In this role, he drives growth, profitability, and operational excellence with a sharp focus on efficiency and sustainability, strengthening Aster’s leadership in teleradiology services.

Raghavendra holds an Executive MBA in General Management from IIM Nagpur (2023) and brings a unique blend of financial acumen and strategic leadership to the table. Prior to joining Aster, he served as a cornerstone member of the Manipal Hospital Radiology Group (formerly CARG) for over 14 years. notably playing a pivotal role in implementing the RVU system to optimize radiologist utilization—an initiative that significantly reduced costs and enhanced overall efficiency.
