Job Description
Objective: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our dynamic team in ensuring the highest standards of diagnostic accuracy and operational excellence in teleradiology. The QA will play a critical role in reviewing radiological images, reports, and processes to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and uphold our commitment to delivering reliable healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Review and assess radiological images and reports for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established protocols.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with radiologists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain documentation of QA processes, protocols, and findings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in teleradiology QA.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on QA procedures and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certification in Radiologic Technology or equivalent licensure as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience in teleradiology QA or related field, with a strong understanding of radiological imaging techniques and terminology.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in using QA software and tools.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and other relevant healthcare compliance standards.
